KIDZART PRODUCTS PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your right to privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy describes our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way we collect and use information about you on the KidzArt Products website (www.kidzartproducts.com), which we own and operate. We are KidzArt Texas, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

What information do we collect?

We collect student names from KidzArt franchisees and teachers. We also collect your email address when you establish an online account, and we collect your name, address and relevant credit card information when you make a purchase online. We collect no other information that uniquely identifies you or any student.

Do website visitors have access to student names?

We give you access to your own artwork or the artwork of your family members. Once we give you access, you see just your own name or the name of your family member whose artwork is displayed. We do not give visitors to the website access to student names if they are not KidzArt students or their family members. We do not disclose any other personally-identifiable information of any student. There is no way for a website visitor to contact a student through the website.

How do we use personally identifiable information?

We use personally identifiable information in order to make the correct artwork available to you and to deliver to you the products you purchase online.

We or KidzArt franchisees may use your email address to send you administrative emails relating to your activity on our website or relating to your requests, inquiries or purchases.

We may also use your email address to notify you of new products and services we may offer. If we do, we will give you the ability to opt out from future email offerings.

We also may use personally identifiable information in aggregate to analyze site usage.

Do we share personal information with others?

We do not rent, sell or disclose your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals for uses not described in this Privacy Policy without providing you with the opportunity to opt out of these uses.

However, we may release your personal information where we are required to do so by law, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena, or in response to a law enforcement agency's request.

We may also disclose your personal information in the course of a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or liquidation of the company, where the receiving party pledges confidentiality.

We may use or disclose the personal information we collect whenever we have reason to believe that use or disclosure may be necessary to identify possible violations of the KidzArt Products Terms of Use or to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons who or entities that may be violating our rights or the rights of any user or of others, or to protect the security of our software, products and services, websites and users, or to protect us from liability.

How to access and correct personal information

You may access your personally identifiable information by sending us an email at support@kidzartproducts.com or writing to us at 1001 Laurence Ave, Suite E, Jackson, MI 49202. When you contact us, please indicate your name, address and email address, and what information you would like to update.

We encourage you to update your personally identifiable information promptly if it changes. You may ask to have the information in your account deleted or removed. However, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the website. In addition, it may be impossible for us to delete completely all of your information because we periodically back up information. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to any personal information.

Password security

Students, family members and others who have login information with respect to any student's online gallery are obligated not to disclose that information to anyone whom they do not authorize to access the gallery. If a user has reason to believe that an unauthorized person has learned the login information of a student, the user should notify us so that we may change the student's login information.

Data security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Although we take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal data, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot give absolute assurances that personally identifiable information we collect may not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised Privacy Policy on this website.
